1. Who publishes this app

Empties is published on Google Play by Johny Fungi Distributors LLC, which is the data controller for the purposes of this policy. You can reach us at contact@johnyfungidistributorsllc.space.

2. What we collect

Nothing. Empties does not collect, transmit or receive personal or sensitive user data. It has no registration, no profile, no contact upload, no location access, no camera or microphone access and no advertising identifier.

3. How your data is used

The customers, container types and movements you record are read and written on the device to draw your ledger, work out balances and ageing, and produce statements, exports and the figures on the insights screen. That computation happens on the device, and none of it is sent anywhere.

4. Data sharing

We share nothing, because we receive nothing. The app integrates no third-party service: no analytics, no crash reporter, no advertising network, no cloud backup of your records. The only files that leave the device are the ones you export yourself, and they go where you send them in the Android share sheet.

5. Security

Records are stored in Hive boxes encrypted with AES-256. The key is generated on the device and held in the Android keystore through flutter_secure_storage. Because the data never leaves the device, your device lock protects it too.

6. Data retention and deletion

Your records stay on the device until you delete them. Deleting a customer or a container type moves it to Trash, where it can be restored; emptying the Trash deletes it for good, along with the movements booked against it. Settings holds a Clear all data action that removes everything at once, and uninstalling the app removes all of it. We hold no copy, so there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf and no request you need to send.

7. User accounts

There are none. Empties has no sign-in, no password and no user identifier of any kind.

8. Children's privacy

Empties is a business tool intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children, and as the app collects nothing from anyone, nothing is collected from a child who uses it.

9. Your rights

Rights of access, correction, deletion, portability and objection apply to data a company holds about you, and we hold none. In practice you exercise all of them on the device: the records are yours to edit or delete, and the JSON and CSV exports in Settings give you a portable copy whenever you want one.

10. Third-party services

None are integrated. Google Play distributes the app and applies its own privacy policy to that distribution, which is outside our control and separate from anything the app does.

11. Permissions

Empties declares one Android permission, INTERNET, and uses it for one thing: loading this page inside the app when you open Settings and tap Privacy policy. No other permission is requested, so the app cannot reach your location, camera, microphone, contacts, files or accounts.

12. Data safety declaration

On the Google Play listing we declare no data collected and no data shared. Data is encrypted at rest on the device, and you can delete all of it from Settings.

13. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version is published at this address and the date at the top is updated. That date is when the current version took effect.

15. Legal

Johny Fungi Distributors LLC is the data controller. There is no joint controller and no processor, because no personal data is processed off the device.

GDPR. Empties does not process personal data as defined by the General Data Protection Regulation. Nothing is transferred off the device, so there is no international transfer, no lawful basis to declare and no supervisory authority to notify.

CCPA and CPRA. We do not collect, sell or share personal information, and have not done so in the preceding twelve months. There is nothing to opt out of, and nobody is treated differently for exercising a privacy right.
